We are a social enterprise that aims to repurpose coffee waste to produce gourmet mushrooms.

When a cup of coffee is made, less than 1% of the coffee biomass ends up in the cup! We want to utilize the rest of the 99% that normally ends up in landfills.

Given that there are 1000+ cafes and roasteries in Dubai alone that produce more than 500 tons of this waste annually, setting up our farm in Dubai made perfect sense to begin our journey in this field.
